Gabriel “Gabe” Bauer

Gabe is pictured at the center of the Synergy management team.
Gabriel grew up in the great cornfields of Indiana, where competition and teamwork were ingrained in him from a very young age. As the eldest of three brothers, he naturally took on a leadership role, both at home and in his athletic pursuits. A lifelong athlete, he played nearly every sport growing up, but basketball became his first love. By his senior year, he was ranked 22nd in the state, with college scholarships on the table—until a devastating knee injury sidelined his dreams of playing at the collegiate level.
Undeterred, Gabriel channeled his competitive spirit and leadership skills into the business world. In 2024, he founded Synergy Sales, becoming the first entrepreneur in his family. Coming from a family of educators, he was raised with a strong student mentality, always striving to learn and grow. His ability to combine a relentless work ethic with a no-excuses mindset quickly set him apart in the business landscape.
Dylan Robinson is the driving force behind Synergy Sales Inc.’s people-first momentum—bringing exceptional talent aboard, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where employees thrive. She ensures every hire amplifies the strength of our sales and support teams, expertly guides new team members through a welcoming and performance-focused onboarding journey, and champions a workplace defined by open communication, mentorship, and a shared spirit of growth.
Outside of her impactful role, she’s a devoted mother of two young sons in Beavercreek who recharges through reading and by curating memorable Team Nights that reinforce bonds and company pride.
